Reading this article I learned what a significant person Malala is. I new a bit about her before I read this but now I know a lot more about what she did for our world. I think that she is an amazing person who is not afraid to speak her mind and make the world a better place for everyone. She did things girls and women were not aloud to do because she felt that girls should have the same rights as boys, to have an education and do things that only boys and men would do. Not everyone agreed with what she was doing so a few people tried to stop her by shooting her, this injured her. But that didn't stop her though and now because of that she is the youngest person to ever receive the "Honorary Citizenship " at only age 19 and now girls from her country can go to school and have an education like the boys.
