Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton
Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton was an inspirational Saint who did a lot to help out with others. She was American. She had a pretty simple and quiet life. Her mother died at a young age but she still continued with her life. She then got married and had five children. She had a happy marriage until her husband died and she had to watch over her children. The reason she became a Saint though was because she cared a lot about her religion and she was a very kind hearted person. She is also an inspiration, this is because she was very kind and generous to the people around her and even though she went through some tough events she still stayed close to what meant a lot to her.
Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton was a very kind person, she would help people who needed it which not all people would do for each other. For example before her husband had died she helped out and assisted poor women and their children. Who were in need. Which is a very kind thing to do because some people have rough circumstances, so any bit of help really does matter to people.
She also had gone through some tough events in her life too. Like deaths. For example her mother and husband died. Also found some family and friend members didn't support her with some of her life choices and in a way excluded her. But Saint Elizabeth still managed to continue with her life and keep what she felt was close to her. Like her religion. After her husband died she became a lot closer to her religion.
Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton was an inspiration because she was a very kind hearted person, she didn't give up on what she believed in. What I learned from the life of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton is to keep things important close to you like she did with her religion. Also she showed me that kindness really does matter and important to live by that. While her husband was alive she assisted with poor women and their children. She didn't have to do that she could have had another job but she chose to do that. Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton is an inspirational Saint and I feel I made the right choice choosing her for my saint.
